Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, near the cruise terminal and Ports O'Call, making it convenient for exploring Long Beach on a budget. However, the rooms were somewhat clean but lacked proper air circulation due to the bed's position, and there was hair around the drain in the bathroom. The dining options were underwhelming, consisting mainly of cold cereal and coffee with imitation creamer. The staff, though, were exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs, making the service top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient for exploring Long Beach on a budget, but the room experience was a letdown due to the cramped and unwelcoming space. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The dining area was functional but lacking in comfort.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but had a strong smell of smoke, although being located at the back helped reduce traffic noise. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, as expected. However, the location was not ideal due to the noise from heavy traffic. The dining options were limited, and the atmosphere could be uncomfortable in the small room. On the positive side, the pool was a great amenity, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.
